Our instructions at the very first meeting with the client were “make my house epic”.

The client had been living in his house for a long time, he loved the area and the road but desperately wanted a new home.

Rather than move he instructed us to help him completely renovate his house. We instructed architects to design the house with a 2 storey and single storey extension to the rear. Open up the rooms inside and build over the garage.

This was a complete rebuild other than the external timber framed walls which had to be strengthened with a steel frame.
